These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use and redemption of promotional coupons issued by Chilantro BBQ (“Chilantro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using a Chilantro promotional coupon, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Chilantro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion, coupon, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
Promotional coupons are valid for use by the general public except where prohibited by law. Chilantro employees, franchisees, and their immediate family members may be excluded from certain promotions. Coupons have no value and are not valid unless issued or authorized by Chilantro.
How the Discount Works
Each coupon applies the specific discount printed on that coupon (for example, a dollar amount off or a percentage off a qualifying purchase). The discount applies only to qualifying menu items and is calculated before applicable sales tax. No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated on the coupon.
Where and How Coupons Are Valid
Coupons are valid for in-store purchases only at any Chilantro location. Coupons cannot be redeemed online, through any mobile app, or through any third-party ordering or delivery platform. The coupon — physical or digital — must be presented at the register at the time of purchase to be honored. Coupons cannot be applied to a purchase after the transaction is complete.
Limits on Use
Limit one promotional coupon per person, per transaction. Only one coupon may be applied to any single transaction. Coupons cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, reward, loyalty offer, or promotion. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit, and no change or credit will be given on any unused portion of a coupon’s value.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from all promotional coupon offers and do not qualify for any discount, and their value does not count toward any minimum purchase where a minimum applies:
Alcoholic beverages
Gift card purchases
Catering orders and large or bulk orders
Orders placed through third-party delivery or ordering services (including but not limited to DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub)
Additional item exclusions may be noted on the individual coupon.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated on the pre-discount purchase amount in accordance with applicable law. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes on the transaction.
Expiration
Each coupon is valid only through the expiration date printed on that coupon. Expired coupons will not be honored under any circumstances. The current promotion expires September 30, 2026.
Fraud, Alteration, and Misuse
Coupons are void if sold, purchased, transferred, auctioned, copied, reproduced, altered, or obtained through unauthorized channels, and are not for resale. Chilantro reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any coupon that is damaged, illegible, expired, previously redeemed, or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, counterfeit, or used in violation of these Terms. Lost or stolen coupons will not be replaced. Chilantro is not responsible for coupons that are misprinted, damaged, illegible, or that fail to scan.
Modification and Cancellation
Chilantro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction; we recommend reviewing this page, including the “Last updated” date above, before redeeming a coupon.
Void Where Prohibited
All promotions are void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to a promotional coupon are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
