Rewards FAQs:

  • What is Chi’Lantro Rewards?
    • Earn points each time you enjoy Chi’Lantro in-store, online at order.chilantrobbq.com, or within the Chi’Lantro mobile app.

  • How many points do I earn per purchase?
    • You will earn 1 point per $1.25 spent, after discounts and prior to tax.

  • How can I download the Chi’Lantro app?
    • Download our app in the Apple App Store or Google Play store by searching “Chi’Lantro”.

  • Do I need to register to receive rewards?
    • Yes, you need to register your account to redeem any Chi’Lantro Rewards.  You can register online or within the mobile app.

  • Can I still order without registering?
    • Yes!  While we love to provide great food and customer service to all our guests, we would love to go even further by offering rewards to our frequent customers.

  • Do I need the Chi’Lantro app to be a member?
    • No, while we do recommend the Chi’Lantro app to have everything you need to manage your membership, you can provide us with your registered phone number at checkout to earn and redeem rewards without the app.

  • I have enough points for a reward, how do I apply my reward to my order?
    • Before redeeming a reward, you will need to redeem your points to add the reward to your account.  You can do this at chilantro.myguestaccount.com/guest or within the Chi’Lantro app!

  • I created an account prior to January 25, 2022, am I still a Chi’Lantro Rewards member?
    • No, you will need to register a new account on chilantrobbq.com or within the Chi’Lantro app.

  • Are catering orders included in the rewards program?
    • Yes! Catering orders are eligible for Chi’Lantro rewards. Please contact [email protected] to sign up.

  • Can anyone become a rewards member?
    • Yes, anyone 18 years or older can be a rewards member.

  • Does it cost money to join Chi’Lantro Rewards?
    • No, this is a completely free program to thank our loyal guests.

  • Do my points ever expire?
    • No, Chi’Lantro Rewards points do not expire.  Rewards have expiration dates which can be found in your Chi’Lantro app or by logging into your account at chilantro.myguestaccount.com/guest

  • Do I get points for purchases I made before creating a Chi’Lantro Rewards account?
    • No, points are only earned when you are registered and you scan your QR Code within the Chi’Lantro app or provide your mobile phone number associated with your account.

  • Can I have more than one Chi’Lantro Rewards account?
    • Each guest can only have one Chi’Lantro Rewards account.  If Chi’Lantro, LLC discovers abuse of the program, Chi’Lantro reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts and is not responsible for rewards or points pertaining to the suspended or deleted accounts.

  • I have more than one account.  Can I combine them?
    • Yes, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and phone number for both accounts.

  • Do you offer buffet style and individually packaged meals?
    • Yes, we have a variety of breakfast and lunch/dinner items in both buffet style or individually packaged which can be delivered hot or cold so you can reheat yourself if needed
  • Do you have a list of ingredients and allergens?
    • We are happy to customize your experience to serve the needs and preferences of your guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions www.chilantrobbq.com/allergen-nutrition/
  • Can you accommodate special requests?
    • Yes, we can accommodate special requests. We offer a variety of options from Grab & Go items, Ssäm Bar Buffet and A La Carte items to fit your needs. Please notate any special instructions for your order using the notes section when ordering. We will follow up with you if we have questions or are not able to accommodate the request.   • Do you offer plates and utensils?
    • Yes, all buffets come with plates, napkins and forks as well as appropriate serving utensils. Grab & Go items come with napkins and forks
  • Do you have an order minimum?
    • No, there is no minimum order size for pick up, however there is a $100 minimum to deliver
  • What is the deadline to place orders?
    • We can do same day orders for lunch and dinner deliveries with a 3 hour advance notice. Breakfast orders will need to be placed by 5pm the day prior
  • Can I change my order after I place it?
    • Yes, if it is 24 hours prior to your delivery date/time, you can change your order by contacting us at 833.CHI.BBQ1
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • Any order canceled the day of delivery will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the order total
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    • Yes, the delivery fee is $20
  • What days and times do you deliver?
    • Delivery is available daily from 7AM – 9PM
  • Where do you deliver?
    • We deliver locally within Austin and surrounding areas. If the delivery area is outside of a 15 mile radius of the closest location to your event, there is a possibility of delivery with a mileage fee
  • Can I pick up my order?
    • Yes, you can pick up at any of our locations nearest you during our hours of operation daily from 10:30AM – 10PM
  • Do you set up the order?
    • Yes, each order has set up included with delivery
  • Do you accept gratuity?
    • Yes, gratuity is appreciated for our crew and drivers. The delivery fee does not go to the drivers
    • There is an auto-gratuity of 10% on all orders over $1000
  • Do you offer event staff or rentals?
    • Chi’Lantro does not currently provide staff or event rentals. We would be happy to recommend some full-service caterers and event rental companies if you’d like
  • How does your truck work?
    • While we no longer cook on our truck, we can offer private events with pre-packaged meals
  • Can you cook on the truck for my event?
    • No, all food served from the truck must be prepared at our restaurants. Pre-packaged meals allow our line to move much quicker than if cooked on site and has worked very well for many events. We typically recommend 3-4 items for your guest to choose from
  • Is there a minimum for the truck to come out to my event?
    • There is a $700 food and beverage minimum per hour
  • Are there any other fees to have it on site?
    • There is a one-time location fee of $250 if your event begins before 7PM or $400 if your event begins after 7PM. We also include an auto-gratuity of 10% on truck events. You do have the option to add more gratuity, if you would like to do so
