
Here’s how it works:
All orders are pre-ordered and pre-packaged, we do not cook on the truck to better align with many neighborhood COVID regulations of social distancing.
In order for us to bring the truck out, there is a $700 minimum. (Typically, easily met between multiple family orders). If this is not met, we simply bring a smaller vehicle and pop-up tent to disperse the food.
You choose a date and a one hour time frame – (EX. 12-1pm / 5-6pm) for pick up.
Once a date is set, a link will be sent so that each individual can place their orders and pay ahead of time.
On the day of your event we will bring our truck to the designated site for everyone to pick up and sign for their orders.
That’s it! So far, it has received a great response! To get started we will just need a couple of dates that will work for you.
