You further release, and agree in indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Chilantro LLC., its subsidiaries, and their respective employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to your submission of or Chi'Lantro's use of the photo or video. You must be 18 years of age or older to submit materials. Materials submitted become the property of Chi'Lantro and will not be returned.
